How long can I hire plant for?

You can hire our plant on a long or a short term basis - from 1 day to months.

What is the minimum hire period?

The normal minimum hire period is 1 day or 24 hours.

What is a day’s hire?

24 hours

What is a week’s hire?

7 days

How do you charge if I go over a week?

The charge reverts to day rate up to another week.

Is transport included?

No, it is charged on mileage and will be quoted when you take the hire out.

Is VAT included?

No VAT is on top of all prices quoted.

Is fuel included?

No, it is charged on what you have used, when the machine is returned.

Do you insure?

We do not supply on site insurance, but would be happy to recommend companies.

What deposit to you require?

Deposit value depends on the equipment to be hired (From £50 to £500 per item) to be paid on a debit/credit card

Do I need I.D. when I hire?

Yes, photographic I.D. is required (photo driving licence or passport with original recent domestic bill)

Do I need a licence to use any of the operated equipment?

Licence is not required if used on private property.
